Well the rain held off and we had a GREAT time celebrating Riley's birthday on Saturday! We had a lot of family come and a couple of Riley's little buddies, Caleb, Will, and Drew and their parents came as well. The kids were SO cute dressed up as pirates, faires, and Indians. Riley, of course, was Peter Pan, and Naomi was Tinker Bell. Some of the adults even got into the spirit (cause really who doesn't love Neverland?!). Uncle Josh went all out and came decked out as Captain Hook! The pirate ship pinata was a HIT and so were the cake/cupcakes! Riley received a variety of wonderful toys, art activities, games, and clothing which is such a blessing to us, so thank you everyone for such lovely gifts for him (and me!) to enjoy. How FUN!! I wish we could have been there! Everything looks wonderful:o) I LOVE the cake and cupcakes....they turned out great. How long did it take you?
Thanks Tami! To decorate the cakes/cupcakes took probably 2-3 hours and my dad helped get the cupcakes started for me. I was happy with how they turned out and Riley loved them which was the important thing!
