Garden Salsa

We love to eat fresh salsa! Since we had some veggies from our garden that needed to get used up, we made our first batch of the year and it was delish!

INGREDIENTS:
* 3 large tomatoes, seeded and chopped (3 cups)
* 1 small green bell pepper, chopped (1/2 cup)
* 3 garlic cloves, minced
* 1/2 cup sliced green onions (I don't always add these, and often subsitite a regular onion)
* 2 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
* 1 Tbsp finely chopped jalepeno chilies
* 2-3 Tbsp lime juice
* 1/2 tsp salt

DIRECTIONS:
1. Combine all ingredients. Makes approx. 3 1/2 cups salsa. Keep refrigerated.
