Happy!

While we were in Jamaica last week, this cute little guy...

turned...

FOUR...


months old!

He had his check-up today. Surprisingly, he barely cried at all for his 2 shots! Mommy was very glad about that. He weighed in at 14 lbs (a little under 50th percentile) and was 25 in. long (just over 50th perc.)...which means he grew 2 inches and gained over 3 lbs in the last 2 months! Not surprising with how much he has been eating lately!

He's been getting very good at using his hands. He will stick them in his mouth and grab things. It is fun to see him start playing with toys now. While we were in Jamaica last week, he rolled over for the first time from back to front. Yay! He's been experimenting with his voice a lot, making new squeaks and noises or dragging out longer sounds. He is master of the fake cough when he wants attention :). He also has started teething. He will munch and gnaw if you give him your finger to chew on, and is enjoying his teething rings very much. It has made him a little fussier than usual, but he is still our very happy baby, at least for now. ;)

I know you are anxious to hear all about Jamaica :). I'm still sorting through photos and hoping to get a few more this week from a friend. I'm also trying to put together a video, so it might take me a little longer, but hopefully I will have something posted by the end of the week! xoxo
