Back Home . . . and Back to the Beach!

We love the community we live in, especially in the summer, mainly because we are within walking distance from 3 bodies of water and have a multitude of nearby beaches at our disposal. Our favorite little beach is just up the road and around the corner from our house, and attracts a much smaller crowd that the main public beaches because it's hidden past a wooded marina. The weather since we've been back has been perfect beach-weather too! Sunny, 80's, and gorgeous! So of course we've taken advantage of Brad's last week off and the great weather. We've discovered it's the perfect place for Riley to practice swimming too, because he can float all by himself and touch the bottom when he needs to stand up! The kids could spend all day at the beach if we'd let them, and we certainly enjoy as much time there as we can get!

We love that we feel like we're on vacation, even when we're at home! (at least in the summer!)
